Climate Change Investiment

Uganda is Climate Change sensitive so much so that it is in the process of putting in place a framework for Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation. It has already developed Climate Change Policy, Implementation Strategy for the Policy, has established Climate Change Unit, and has a Climate Change forum with in Parliament (Parliamentary Forum on Climate Change-PFCC) among others. But there many questions that must be answered to make the process sustainable and viable, Thus,
1. What is Climate Change Investment?
2. What Constitutes Climate Change Investment in relation to usual Government investment e.g in Tourism, Health, Mining, Energy, Roads etc?
3. Where does Climate Investment begin and end?
4. How does it relate to the situation in Uganda?
